5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice to enterprise customers as specified in their service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
ShreAista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.
